Through my many years of education and work as a therapist, one belief has consistently guided my approach: the difficulties we face in our daily lives hold the potential to become a powerful starting point for positive change.
I believe that understanding your struggles within the broader context of your life is essential for moving forward. By collaborating to see the wider perspective, I can provide the support you need throughout your therapeutic journey.
My therapeutic approach is built on a foundation of empathy, compassion, and active listening.
I strive to be authentic and approachable, which helps create a safe therapeutic environment where you can feel at ease and explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy; instead, I integrate my knowledge and professional experience to foster a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. This allows for open and genuine exploration of different topics.
I am also committed to providing creative and helpful comments and feedback. For me, therapy isn't just about listening—it's about helping you connect the dots, challenge old patterns, and discover new ways of thinking. My goal is to offer insights that resonate with you and empower you to move forward on your path to healing and growth.
I have significant experience helping clients with a range of psychological conditions, including anxiety, panic attacks, depressive reactions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms, burnout, stress, trauma, and grief and loss.
I approach every person with respect and acceptance. In counseling sessions, I try to create conditions where a person can openly speak about thoughts, emotions, everyday and chronic problems.
Creating a supportive therapeutic environment is always the crucial first step in the therapeutic process, enabling clients to accept problem and then over time to discover new ideas, decisions, and functional approaches to life situations. My role isn't to be a guide, but rather a stable and reliable support as they navigate the journey of overcoming problems.
I support a person to do home tasks, based on specific topic. Sometimes home work task are more structured, and sometimes it is about writing dreams, thoughts, ideas, etc. Tasks are designed as 'small steps' that lead more reliably towards defined therapeutic goal.
